The details behind the number.
Third-party costs stay with you: domain registration, hosting beyond the free tiers most sites sit on, paid fonts, stock photography, and any software licenses your business needs. Custom photography and video production aren't included either, though I'll direct the shoot if you book one. Everything I do — strategy, design, copy direction, build, migration — is inside the fixed price.
We stop and price it before anything gets built. Added pages or features are quoted as a small written amendment with their own timeline impact, and you approve it before work continues. What never happens is a surprise line item on the final invoice.
The standard terms are 50% at signing and 50% at launch. On Studio projects I'll split the balance across milestones so payments track progress rather than landing in one block. Longer plans are possible on larger scopes — ask in the first email and I'll tell you honestly.
You do — the design source files, the brand assets, the code repository, and every account created for the project. Nothing is held hostage as leverage to keep you on a retainer. If you ever want to move to another studio, you can hand over everything in an afternoon.
That works. I'll build against their designs and handle the SEO migration and technical side, or take over the parts they don't cover. The price shifts down when the design work is already done, so tell me what exists and I'll scope from there.
